On September 28th, the Village of Clarendon Hills Zoning Board of Appeals/Plan Commission (ZBA/PC) recommended to the Village Board adoption of the 55th Street Sub-Area Plan as part of the Village Comprehensive Plan.
The plan will be brought before the Village Board at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 16th at 7:00pm in the Village Board Room (1 N. Prospect Ave).

With the holidays behind us and planning in 2017 full-steam-ahead, here is a look back at the survey results from the November 10th Open House!
The next meeting of the Clarendon Hills 55th Street Subarea Steering Committee will be held on Wednesday January 25th at 5:30 at the Village Hall. The Committee will be taking a first look at the Vision / Goals / Objectives for the sub-area, developed by the consultant based on community input and review of existing conditions.
The Existing Conditions Report can now be viewed online under the Resources section of this website. Physical reports are also available to read at the following locations:
- Clarendon Hills Village Hall
- Clarendon Hills Public Library
- Indian Prairie Public Library (401 Plainfield Rd., Darien, IL 60561)
